PAYROLL TAXES
Social Security (Employer)      6.2%         $97,500
Medicare (Employer)              1.45%         no cap

Social Security (Employee)      6.2%         $97,500
Medicare (Employee)              1.45%         no cap

FUTA (Employer)                     6.2%         $7,000
You may deduct up to 5.4% for the amount you pay to State Unemployment.

Those taxes identified as "Employer" are treated as expenses to the Employer and are deducted from an employees payroll check.  Those identified as "Employee" are deductions on an employee's paycheck and are not expenses to the employer.
